Congratulations, Stacy!

Congratulations to our very own Stacy McSpadden as we celebrate her 25th anniversary with Chestnut Hall.  Stacy joined the store in 1997 as an assistant designer and quickly became an integral part of many design projects while demonstrating a natural ability for store operations and tremendous customer service.

In 25 years Stacy has accomplished much, participating in multiple Designer Showcases and Vesta Home Shows as well as numerous design projects in homes from Tennessee to Florida.  In 2015 she was the first designer in Memphis to be voted “Best Designer” by the readers of the Commercial Appeal, a distinction well earned.

Her most significant accomplishment, however, has been her ability to make her clients and customers happy and to become, in many cases, their friend.  She is a remarkable woman and we have been fortunate to call her “our very own” for 25 years.  Congratulations, Stacy!

Stacy McSpadden, voted Best Designer, Memphis Most.

A Mississippi Delta native, Lana trained her eye working in New York's art and design worlds. With an art history degree from Ole Miss, Lana moved to New York in 2003 to direct art fairs for Sanford L. Smith & Associates.  Bitten by the design bug, Lana enrolled in Parsons The New School for Design, graduating with honors in the Interior Design program. Joining Chestnut Hall in 2010, Lana wears many hats, designing selected projects and running a program of special services for outside Interior Designers. As part of the buying team, Lana brings fresh, forward-thinking design to Chestnut Hall. Lana has worked on both commercial and residential projects in New York as well as Memphis and the Mississippi Delta. In collaboration with Chestnut Hall designer Stacy McSpadden, she has designed award-winning Vesta Home Show houses in 2012 and 2013, and her interior design work has been featured in Delta Magazine, The Commercial Appeal, and FIX Magazine.  Lana has embraced Memphis as a proud Midtowner, and loves the muddy waters of Moon Lake, Mississippi. - See more at: http://chestnuthall.com/web/OurTeam.aspx?pid=2&spid=20#sthash.2I5Ex7PF.dpuf
