Our selection of American manufacturers is carefully curated, offering premium construction quality and tailoring, and a limitless selection of styles spanning traditional, transitional, modern and rustic. We review the factories and workshops of as many manufacturers and craftsmen as possible as we seek out the best. The result is a collection of premium furniture lines that adds up to something greater than the sum of its parts, our brand. Century Furniture

Century Furniture is a multi-generational family business that offers something for everyone in both style and price point. With fine domestic and imported casegoods and three price tiers of fine upholstery collections, Century presents collections designed by some of today’s most renowned interior designers including Thomas O’Brien, Charlotte Moss, and Windsor Smith. Our staff has spent over 40 hours collectively at the Century factories learning about the company's fine craftsmanship techniques.

Hancock & Moore

In the words of founder Jimmy Moore while we toured the Hancock & Moore plant, Hancock & Moore will “spare no expense” to present its patrons with the finest quality products possible. Hancock & Moore designs fine chairs, sofas, and recliners in the most extensive selection of premium leather offerings in the market. Down to the most intricately carved legs, the solid select hardwood frames upholstered are 100% hand-made made in North Carolina. 

Sherrill Furniture Company

Chestnut Hall is proud to be the largest Sherrill dealer in the Mid-South.  Founded in 1944, the name Sherrill has become synonymous with premium quality and style. However, don't expect your grandmother's Sherrill. The fashion-forward brand has recently introduced a hand crafted collection by leather furniture designer, Alan Price, that is all handmade and hand burnished in Hickory, North Carolina. Chestnut Hall’s Sherrill gallery showcases both Sherrill casegoods and upholstery available for sale and special order.

Lillian August is our resource for unparalleled elegance, which artist and designer Lillian August herself radiates.  From glamorous art deco to casual industrial looks, the sophistication of style, luxury and use of color distinguishes this premium quality brand.

Taylor King

"They don't make them like they used to" is never heard around Taylor King. Taylor King offers the finest in benchmade upholstery and tailoring, and builds their upholstery the traditional, tried and true way:  with solid, select hardwoods machined by hand, eight-way hand-tied coil springs, built upon order, and built to last. Nearly every staff member of Chestnut Hall has been to the Taylor King factory personally to experience time honored upholstery-making and fine sewing by some of the finest craftsmen in North Carolina.

We count on Vanguard for the most extensive selection of custom options across both casegoods and upholstery at tremendous values. The North Carolina-based company presents premium quality furniture for practically any residential need in a wide range of styles with a fresh take on traditional design.  Vanguard features collections by design stars such as Thom Filicia, Michael Weiss, and John Black.
